-
M&A and Corporate Development - Partner with Corporate Strategy to support acquisitions and growth initiatives, building on the successful completion of two transactions in recent years while maintaining an active, acquisitive posture. Lead financial diligence, valuation modeling, and integration planning, and evaluate new opportunities aligned to long-term strategy.
-
Leadership, Communication, and Cross-Functional Partnership - Lead and develop a high-performing team while serving as a key liaison across finance, strategy, accounting, and business units. Deliver high-impact insights and presentations to executive leadership and the Board, fostering alignment, accountability, and collaboration.

-
Proven ability to manage complex financial models, capital planning, and multi-entity consolidations
-

-
Experience leading change initiatives and guiding cross-functional teams through transformation
-
Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and the Board
