Job Description:
Our life insurance client is hoping to add a post implementation analyst to their team.

Responsibilities:

• Handling post issue transactions including changes in any original decisions to new modifications, 1035 changes, exchange updates, replacements, surrenders rescinded activity, claims and check processing

• Providing back up call center phone support as needed during busier times

• Updating the admin portal

• Being active and present via video during team trainings, meetings, projects and initiatives

• Experience in an insurance post processing environment to include payment processing

• Life insurance experience

• 3+ years of experience

• Technical experience (preferably with JIRA)

• Medical insurance
• Dental insurance
• Vision insurance
• 401(k) retirement savings plan
