Sales Executive

Job Description:
Our client, a provider of inspection and appraisal services to personal insurance carriers, is seeking a Sales Executive to focus on new client acquisition. This is a true “hunter” position, responsible for proactively identifying, pursuing and securing new insurance carrier relationships for personal lines underwriting/loss control inspection services. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:

Aggressively prospect and generate new business opportunities with regional and national insurance carriers.

Identify and target both decision-makers and relevant daily users in underwriting, appraisal, risk management, vendor management and operations.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through outreach, networking, referrals and industry engagement.

Lead the entire sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution.

Deliver compelling presentations of the company’s capabilities, service and 30+ year reputation.

Consistently meet or exceed new revenue and new client acquisition targets.

Attend and actively network at insurance industry conferences, trade events, and association meetings to generate new leads as appropriate.

Develop strategic sales plans to penetrate targeted insurance carriers.

Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of newly acquired clients.

Maintain disciplined tracking of sales activities, pipeline status and forecasting within CRM systems.

Provide market intelligence on competitor offerings, pricing trends and evolving carrier needs.
Requirements:

5+ years of proven B2B sales success in a hunter-style role, preferably selling in the insurance industry

Demonstrated track record of opening new accounts and consistently exceeding sales targets

Strong understanding of property and casualty insurance operations, underwriting or loss control services

Exceptional prospecting, negotiation and closing skills

Ability to confidently engage and influence senior executives and decision-makers within insurance organizations

Self-starter with strong drive, resilience and competitive mindset

Strong presentation and communication skills
-
Comfortable with frequent outreach, cold prospecting and building relationships from scratch

Experience in navigating the TPRM process and facilitating contract review and negotiations

Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences and client development
Pay Range:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $150K annually. We understand salary is an important factor in a job search, and we encourage you to apply even if you feel that your desired compensation may fall outside of the listed range. The final pay for this position is determined based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant experience, skills and certifications, education and training, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity.
