Job Description:
A life insurance client is looking for an Annuity Call Support Specialist. This role will be responsible for taking inbound and making outbound calls, as well as assisting the annuity team with transfers. This opportunity is anticipated to be 12+ months in duration and is work-from-home.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service phone experience
  • Insurance experience; life insurance experience (preferred)
  • Experience resolving customer issues
