Job Description:
A health plan is looking for a Care Team Representative. This individual will be responsible for providing secure chat, email and phone support, as well as smoothly coordinating with various teams to ensure timely issue resolution. The representative will also handle a variety of related ad hoc tasks. This opportunity is anticipated to be 3+ months in duration with a chance to extend and is work-from-home.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a support role for a medical health insurance carrier or regional health plan
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Tech savvy
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
