Job Description:
A property and casualty client is seeking a Claims Manager of Commercial Auto and Trucking. This professional will manage and oversee the commercial auto and trucking insurance claims program. This position is work-from-home.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of claims adjusters.
  • Oversee the claims process from initial report to resolution, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize claims handling efficiency and reduce claims costs.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, legal and other internal stakeholders to resolve complex claims and mitigate risk.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers and other external partners, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
  • Prepare and present claims performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends and areas for improvement.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience working in commercial auto and trucking claims management
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results
