Job Description:

A life insurance company is looking for a Compliance Specialist to handle escalated customer complaints. This role will require work with the Department of Insurance to determine how to properly respond to customer complaints depending on which state the complaint is coming from. This opportunity is anticipated to be three months in duration and is work-from-home.
 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of working in a compliance role involving working with the Department of Insurance to address escalated customer complaints
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Basic phone skills and strong phone presence
