Job Description:
A life insurance company is looking for five Contact Center Representatives for their call center. The candidates will take calls from existing policy holders, answer questions about policies and resolve any customer issues. This role will be responsible for documenting all inquiries from customers and advising appropriate departments when action is required. Representatives should be able to explain policies both verbally and in written correspondence. This will be a high call volume environment, handling roughly 50 calls a day. This is a work-from-home role with only one training class in a virtual classroom.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years customer service and call center experience
  • 1+ years of life insurance experience, annuity experience (preferred)
  • Proficient with technology/IT
  • Great communication skills as they will be working with agents and customers
  • Previous remote or work-from-home experience (preferred)

Benefits:
  • $18-22/hr
