Customer Service Advocates


Job Description:
We are seeking Customer Service Advocates to support our clients by ensuring effective customer relations via phone, email and in-person interactions. These individuals will provide prompt, accurate and professional responses to all customer inquiries and document those inquiries. These roles also research and assist with process improvements. The assignments can be either onsite or work-from-home.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy and multitasking skills
