Job Description:
A property and casualty insurance client is seeking two Customer Service Representatives. These individuals will be responsible for assisting employees with enrollment, researching and resolving employee concerns and questions, answering inbound calls, and making outbound calls. This opportunity is anticipated to be 5+ months in duration and is on-site in the Duluth, Ga., area.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of insurance customer service experience
  • Active Georgia property and casualty or accident and sickness license
  • Resident of the Atlanta/Duluth, Ga., area and willing to work on-site each day
