A health insurance company in South Dakota is in need of a team of experienced Customer Service Representatives to assist with handling inbound calls from members and providers regarding eligibility and claim status. This role may also involve making outbound calls and handling ID-related questions.

This opportunity will allow for working remotely.

  • Commercial insurance knowledge
  • Member services and provider services background
  • Experience with eligibility and claim status calls
