Customer Service/Call Center Representatives
Job Description:
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to support our clients by handling inbound calls. These representatives will respond to individuals who call the client's provider service line for various reasons and document those calls. This role will work with multiple software applications and platforms. The job assignments can be either onsite or work-from-home.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- 2+ years of insurance call center experience
- Strong computer literacy and multitasking skills
