Job Description:
A property and casualty insurance client is looking for a Forms Filing Analyst. This individual will be responsible for analyzing rate changes to determine required form changes, preparing and submitting form filings to state departments of insurance, and responding to inquires and objections received from state regulators. This opportunity is fully remote and is anticipated to be 4+ months in duration.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of personal and commercial rate, rule and form filing experience
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance aspects of the insurance industry
  • Strong knowledge of filing processes, procedures and requirements
  • Familiarity with SERFF
