Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
A health plan is looking for a team of Customer Service Representatives to support handling inbound calls. The team will respond to individuals who call the client's provider service line for various reasons and document those calls. This role will work with multiple software applications and platforms. This opportunity is anticipated to be 12+ months in duration and is work-from-home.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- 2+ years of healthcare insurance call center experience
- Strong computer literacy and multitasking skills
