Job Description:

A health plan is in need of a team of Intake Coordinators to assist with care and service requests from plan members. This opportunity will require initial travel to the Washington area for training then will be completely remote.

Jacobson will cover all travel expenses such as flight, hotel, rental car and a $40 per diem.  

 

Requirements:

  • 3 or more years of Intake Coordination experience for a health plan
  • Previous experience working with CPT, ICD9 and ICD10 codes
  • Prior experience with Jiva preferred
