Job Description:
A life insurance client is looking for a Lead Accountant to prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for investment advisor and broker-dealer entities. Additionally, this accountant will prepare account reconciliations, broker-dealer focus reports and other regulatory filings. The professional will act as the technical lead over account transaction accuracy and assist with audits and regulatory examinations by directly providing data and answers to the auditors and examiners. This opportunity is anticipated to be one year in duration and is work-from-home.

Requirements:

  • Accounting experience related to the investment industry
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or other equivalent degree
