Loss Control Analyst

Job Description:

Our client is a family-owned independent adjusting firm. They are seeking a Loss Control Analyst to join their team. This role is responsible for reviewing survey reports from field resources to ensure quality delivery to clients.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews work product against applicable best practices and client instructions.
  • Works closely with Managing Director of Loss Control Services.
  • Communicates inspector service issues to Vice President of Operations.
  • Communicates expectations to the loss control inspectors.
  • Liaises with clients as part of service delivery.
  • Communicates client expectations for work product and quality to field assets.
  • Engages with field assets on handling issues, “how to items” or questions on best practices and compliance issues.
  • Reviews file notes, correspondence and required documentation.
  • Has a process for the review of closed files to evaluate service delivery.
  • Helps identify training and recruiting needs necessary to advance business.
 

Requirements:

  • Prior quality control/review experience
  • Prior risk assessment experience
  • Loss control services experience
  • Knowledge of commercial lines insurance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
