Manager of Change Management

Job Description:
Our client's mission is to engage and empower their customers, partners and communities to improve oral and overall health by developing and delivering innovative products and services built on a culture of legendary service. The Manager of Change Management will apply a structured change management methodology and lead change management activities throughout the organization to drive visibility, efficiency and synergy to accelerate change. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate implementation of company and department goals and objectives in support of the company's mission.
  • Manage working relationships with other department functions in alignment with the company.
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
  • Support change management at the organizational level tactically by influencing others to develop a change leadership mindset.
  • Collaborate with the manager of project management to oversee change inventory of active and proposed projects.
  • Ensure all potential change initiatives are tracked and prioritized based on the adopted methodology.
  • Lead and manage the process improvement team, including planning and balancing the workload, establishing and managing deadlines, and other workflow-related activities.
  • Provide consultation to the organization on change management, including the development of change management plans and use of the change management toolkit.
  • Complete change management assessments.
  • Work with leaders, project managers, business analysts and process improvement engineers across the organization to identify the benefits associated with each change initiative, including when they are likely to be realized and how the benefits will be measured.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
  • Create and maintain a change management toolkit accessible to leaders across the organization.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of related experience in leading change or organizational effectiveness
  • Change management certification or designation (preferred)
  • Expertise in executing change management for large scale, enterprise and technology-related programs
  • 1+ year of experience working on information technology projects
