Job Description:
A health plan is looking for a Marketing Quality Project Coordinator to review marketing assets for the life, auto and health insurance divisions and create procedural documents. This opportunity is anticipated to be 3+ months in duration and is work-from-home.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of work experience within a health insurance environment
  • 2+ years of project coordination/management experience or working in an administrative role
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Understanding of marketing and marketing assets
  • Experience with advertising reviews
  • Knowledge of how to use a company’s compliance standards and ensure materials are in line with the client’s brand/tone/government regulations
  • Advanced Excel skills
