Job Description:
A leading organization is seeking a PeopleSoft Financials/Accurate Developer for a remote contract position. This role involves developing and supporting PeopleSoft ERP systems, with a focus on financial modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PeopleSoft development, including PeopleCode, Application Designer and SQL. The position requires troubleshooting complex issues in Oracle/PeopleSoft ERPs such as HCM and FMS, as well as supporting batch jobs and financial reconciliation software. The role also involves developing REST API web services, creating detailed technical documentation and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business needs. This contract is initially for six months with the potential for permanent placement, with an anticipated start date of November 30, 2026.

Responsibilities:

• Provide analysis and development of specifications and review prepared programming specifications.
• Develop detailed system designs and review approved system designs with the project team.
• Develop application code and review code requiring modification.
• Develop and coordinate the technical implementation plan.
• Unit test application code and assist with system testing.
• Prepare and update all necessary documentation to support development and implementation activities.
• Perform implementation activities, including production deployment.
• Provide production support including on-call rotation and technical assistance to end-users and IT staff.
• Review schedules, objectives, and priorities with the service manager.
• Initiate suggestions for improvements to systems and procedures.
• Support routine department tasks as required.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of development experience in PeopleSoft Financials modules – AP, GL, AR and purchasing
• Strong technical experience related to development within the PeopleSoft ERP system
• Experience using PeopleSoft Application Designer (App Engine, App Packages, Integration Broker, Data Mover, Component Interface, PeopleCode, Page/Component)
• Experience with SQR and troubleshooting in Oracle/PeopleSoft ERPs (HCM/FMS)
• Experience developing REST API web services and supporting batch jobs
• Expert-level SQL development skills including creating and modifying stored procedures, SSIS packages, and complex SQL queries
• Knowledge of financial reconciliation software (Accurate preferred)
• Experience with SSRS report development and maintenance
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Pay Range:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00 per hour. The final pay for this position is determined based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant experience, skills and certifications, education and training, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity.
