Job Description:
A health client is seeking a Senior Stop Loss Sales Executive. This professional will be responsible for selling stop loss products within a designated territory. This opportunity is remote with some required travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate business relationships with current and prospective clients within the territory.
  • Conduct market research to understand regional trends, opportunities and threats.
  • Educate brokers, third party administrators and employer groups about the features and benefits of the company’s insurance products.
  • Organize and participate in meetings, seminars and workshops to promote offerings.
  • Achieve established sales quotas and targets.
  • Offer exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and other departments to ensure smooth client transitions and continued satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and market feedback to senior management.
  • Monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry news, products and trends.
  • Attend workshops, seminars and conferences to stay current on market trends and product knowledge.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 5+ years of experience working in stop loss sales
  • Ability to travel
