Senior Stop Loss Sales Executive

Job Description:
A health client is seeking a Senior Stop Loss Sales Executive. This professional will be responsible for selling stop loss products within a designated territory. This opportunity is remote with some required travel.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate business relationships with current and prospective clients within the territory.
- Conduct market research to understand regional trends, opportunities and threats.
- Educate brokers, third party administrators and employer groups about the features and benefits of the company’s insurance products.
- Organize and participate in meetings, seminars and workshops to promote offerings.
- Achieve established sales quotas and targets.
- Offer exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and other departments to ensure smooth client transitions and continued satisfaction.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and market feedback to senior management.
- Monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry news, products and trends.
- Attend workshops, seminars and conferences to stay current on market trends and product knowledge.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience working in stop loss sales
- Ability to travel
