Surety Bonds Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
A property and casualty insurance client is looking for a Customer Service Representative with experience working with surety bonds. This individual will be responsible for processing bonds and setting up powers. This opportunity is anticipated to be 3+ months in duration and is work-from-home. Part-time hours are also available.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience supporting surety lines of business in a customer service or account management capacity
  • License in state of residence
  • Familiarity with bond processing systems, such as SurePath or Tinubu
