Life Insurance Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Life Insurance Customer Service Representative to support a high volume of inbound customer service calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle 25 to 40 calls per day.
  • Respond to inbound customer calls from agents seeking assistant with account resets, unlocking accounts and product-related questions.
  • Update the CRM system.
  • Perform data entry.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of life insurance or annuity customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Experience with RingCentral, Slack and Google Suites (preferred)
  • Experience with Strike or Adyen payment systems

Pay Range:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $20.00-$22.00 per hour.

The final pay for this position is determined based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant experience, skills and certifications, education and training, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity.
