Job Description:
We are seeking experienced commercial insurance sales professionals for pilot contract roles with strong opportunity for growth and possible conversion to permanent positions. These positions are remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and servicing accounts.
  • Proactively build and maintain strong client relationships by accurately identifying insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Actively sell and service a wide variety of commercial insurance products, including BOP (Business Owner’s Policy) and CMP (Commercial Multiple Peril).
  • Present and promote proprietary parametric products, effectively communicating their value proposition.
  • Uphold the highest standards of ethics and compliance with all state and federal insurance regulations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, networking and effective client engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to share feedback, shape sales strategies and optimize the customer experience.


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience selling commercial lines insurance (BOP, CMP)
  • Active property and casualty producer license in state of residence, plus at least 2 additional licenses from approved states: AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MD, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, PA, TN, TX, UT, WI
  • Proven track record of success in a high-volume sales environment with consistent deal closing and long-term client relationship management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and MS Office applications


Pay Range:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $32 – $33 per hour, with opportunity for bonus.

The final pay for this position is determined based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant experience, skills and certifications, education and training, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity.
