Job Description:
This position is for a General Liability Adjuster responsible for handling general liability claims in a remote work environment. The role involves assessing, investigating and resolving claims while providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will collaborate effectively within a team and utilize sound judgment to determine claim outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Handle general liability claims by investigating and evaluating claim details to determine liability and damages.

• Communicate with claimants, counsel, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates.

• Review policy coverage and ensure claims meet established guidelines and standards.

• Document all claim activities thoroughly and accurately in claims management systems.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex claims efficiently and effectively.

• Stay current on relevant industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of general liability claims experience

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred)

• Active adjuster license in the state of residence, if applicable

• Experience with claims systems and software

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Strong problem-solving skills, utilizing logic and sound reasoning

• Ability to prioritize, organize and accomplish work efficiently

Pay Range:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00 per hour. We understand salary is an important factor in a job search, and we encourage you to apply even if you feel that your desired compensation may fall outside of the listed range. The final pay for this position is determined based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant experience, skills and certifications, education and training, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity.
