Call Center QA

Job Description:
Our life insurance client is adding a Call Center QA to their team. This position is has the potential to become permanent after 6-12 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Audit all calls that include payment processing

  • Review 15-20 calls per day, checking for quality and compliance

  • Assist with other tasks including reviewing policy forms, assisting with tickets, taking calls and other administrative duties as needed


Requirements:

  • Strong documentation and communication skills

  • Willingness to assist with other tasks including reviewing policy forms, taking calls and other administrative duties

  • Life insurance experience (preferred)

  • 2+ years of call audit/grading experience


Pay Range:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $23-$26 per hour, based on experience. We understand salary is an important factor in a job search, and we encourage you to apply even if you feel that your desired compensation may fall outside of the listed range. The final pay for this position is determined based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant experience, skills and certifications, education and training, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity.
