Care Team Representative

Job Description:
A health plan is looking for a Care Team Representative to provide high-quality secure chat, email and phone support by responding to requests from providers, members and other individuals. This opportunity is anticipated to be 6+ months in duration and is work-from-home.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience working in a support role for medical health insurance carriers, regional health plans or third-party administrators
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, including in-app chat experience with customers
