Job Description:

We're seeking a Medicare Advantage Sales Agent to support high-volume inbound call activity in a remote setting. The role qualifies prospective members to determine fit with Medicare Advantage plan needs and assists with enrollment during the annual enrollment period. The position requires accurate documentation in a CRM system and the ability to multi-task across multiple screens while delivering a positive member experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound Medicare Advantage sales calls in a high-volume call center environment.

• Qualify prospective members to determine whether a Medicare Advantage plan meets needs.

• Enroll prospective members and support current members with plan changes during the annual enrollment period.

• Complete occasional outbound calls for retention as needed.

• Document all calls accurately in the CRM system.

• Maintain continuous multi-tasking across multiple programs and screens throughout each call interaction.

• Complete assigned training requirements and related learning activities on schedule.

• Participate in qualification and enrollment workflows while maintaining compliance with all program requirements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• 1+ year of Medicare and/or commercial sales experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, direct selling or telemarketing sales (preferred)

• Health related experience (preferred)

• New York Life Accident and Health license; full reimbursement available to obtain New York licensure

• Experience with computer-based documentation system or CRM software

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products

• Hard wired internet connection required (no Wi-Fi)

• Ability to work 40 hours per week across operating hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET, 7 days per week starting October 1st

• Weekend availability with rotating schedule

• Ability to work scheduled shifts and potential overtime based on business need

• Ability to work 08/31/2026 through 6 weeks of training with no time off requests

• Limited time off permitted during AEP

• Completion of the MVP MA Basics course at no cost upon starting the role (in lieu of AHIP)

Pay Range:

The anticipated pay for this position is $20.00 per hour, plus commission. The final pay for this position is determined based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant experience, skills and certifications, education and training, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity.
