Job Description:

A property and casualty client is seeking a responsible, highly organized and communicative Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations and assist with a variety of ad hoc administrative and operational projects. This is a junior-level role, ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to gain hands-on experience, build foundational skills and gain exposure to senior leadership. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly while providing reliable support across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support across a variety of ad hoc projects and day-to-day tasks.

  • Manage the CFO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accuracy and organization.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries.

  • Support general office coordination to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace environment.

  • Maintain office and kitchen supplies, including ordering, restocking and organizing inventory.

  • Assist with basic office setup, organization and upkeep as needed.

  • Help identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues proactively.

  • Communicate effectively with internal team members and external contacts as needed.

Requirements:

  • Junior-level experience or a strong entry-level background in an administrative, office, or support role

  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Dependable and proactive personality and are comfortable taking ownership of assigned tasks

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt; willingness to take on new responsibilities as needed

Pay Range:

The anticipated pay range for this position is $60,000-$80,000 annually. We understand salary is an important factor in a job search, and we encourage you to apply even if you feel that your desired compensation may fall outside of the listed range. The final pay for this position is determined based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant experience, skills and certifications, education and training, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity.
