Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented New Business Manager to support new life insurance business. In this role, you will serve as the central point of coordination between advisors/producers, internal teams, and carriers, ensuring smooth and timely application processing from submission to policy delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the life proposal specialist, brokerage manager, and in-house underwriter to support new business cases.
• Prepare and provide applications and forms for signatures; review and scrub applications for accuracy.
• Coordinate advisor/producer appointments with the licensing and contracting team.
• Serve as liaison between advisors/producers and carriers, facilitating communication and ensuring timely completion of requirements.
• Manage scheduling for client interviews, exams and attending physician statement requests when needed.
• Submit completed application packages via Paperclip and update case status accordingly.
• Communicate carrier offers, negotiate improved underwriting decisions and coordinate delivery requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes in Agency Integrator and Express Imaging portals.
• Support digital platforms including DocuSign, iGO, and carrier e-apps; lead advisor training and provide platform updates.
• Generate weekly production and “expected to pay” reports.

• 3–5 years of experience in new business case management for life, long-term care, disability insurance and annuity products
• Familiarity with Agency Integrator, Paperclip and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of insurance terminology, products and carrier processes
• Experience working with a broker general agency
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
