Job Description:
A reputable organization is seeking experienced Senior General Liability Adjusters to handle complex commercial general liability claims. The role is remote and requires candidates with extensive industry knowledge and a proven track record of managing high-volume claims with accuracy and professionalism. Successful candidates will demonstrate advanced expertise in general liability claims, including slip and fall, trip and fall, and construction defect, with significant litigation experience. Responsibilities:

• Handle complex commercial general liability claims including slip and fall, trip and fall, and construction defect.

• Manage litigation processes and work effectively with legal teams when necessary.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with claimants, vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Utilize claims systems and software efficiently to document and process claims accurately.

• Prioritize and organize workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Exercise independent decision-making and negotiate settlements effectively.

• 7+ years of general liability claims experience working with an insurance carrier

• Advanced litigation experience in handling complex claims

• Active adjuster license in the candidate's state of residence or designated home state license

• Proficiency in claims systems, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

• No recent job hopping, stability in previous roles (preferred)

Pay Range:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00 per hour. We understand salary is an important factor in a job search, and we encourage you to apply even if you feel that your desired compensation may fall outside of the listed range. The final pay for this position is determined based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant experience, skills and certifications, education and training, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity.
