Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to oversee a middle to large/national book of business, including hotels, condos, contractors and LRO accounts with premiums of more than $100,000. This role involves full account servicing—handling submissions, policy reviews, endorsements, COIs and client communications—while providing exceptional customer service. This position is 100% remote and is contract to hire.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as account executive to book of business brought in by agency owner.

  • Manage middle to large/national market book of business of about 50 accounts.

  • Provide excellent customer service.

  • Prepare applications for submission.

  • Review and prepare submissions, quote comparisons, forms and coverage reviews on behalf of producers.

  • Conduct policy reviews, recommend coverages, and prepare proposals for new/renewal business and/or additional lines of coverage.

  • Bind policies.

  • Provide endorsements.

  • Order loss runs.

  • Review issued policies for accuracy.

  • Issue Certificates of Insurance.

  • Maintain proper documentation of customer contacts, inquiry responses and account management–related communications.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of commercial lines account management experience in a Florida independent agency working with Florida market

  • Experience working with mid- to large/national accounts

  • Working experience of the above job responsibilities

  • Active FL 220 license or non-resident 920 license

  • 2+ years of EPIC experience

  • Knowledge of both ES and admitted markets


Pay Range:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $32-35 hourly.
